The SYMPHONY 48 - with the newly developed Magnetic Slider System - plays and feels like a dream.
At SEYDEL we have reimagined the 12-hole chromatic from scratch. Many innovative ideas found their way into this contemporary musical instrument.
Discover the newly developed springless sliding system: we have replaced the traditional sliding spring mechanism with an ingenious magnetic system where two repelling magnets serve for an extra smooth, low friction, fast and precise sliding action.
Enjoy the pure harmonica sound with unparalleled clarity and sonority: For the first time, we have implemented polished stainless steel reeds - these are more durable and create a new sound experience.
Playability taken to the next level: Extremely airtight mouthpiece construction and recessed reed plates on a solid aluminum comb combined with the newly developed polished reeds make the tone perfectly controllable.
Warm tone and even sound distribution: The die-cast aluminum cover plates with their specially coated flat surfaces are slightly curved and open wide at the back for the best sound projection to the audience.

- special SEYDEL valve material: less adhesive than conventional valves - for tension-free play

Best protection: The instruments are supplied in a versatile and stable carrying case, made of durable hard polymer.
Best Service: Seydel offers maintenance (cleaning, reviving, re-tuning) and a replacement service for individual reeds if required. All parts can also be ordered separately from us for this harmonica.
