This set was carefully assembled by Seydel in 2025. With a completely new, modern design, this comprehensive set is now available to provide players with everything they need to repair or adjust their harmonicas themselves!
The set consists of:
- A new hardcase suitcase with a solid zipper and a wide handle
- Magnifying glass on tripod with cover, 8x amplified
- Screwdriver with 8 bits, suitable for various brands of harmonicas
- Multi-tool for twisting (positioning) reeds, Plinker (relieving tension) and to use as a support when tuning a reed
- Embossing tool to modify reed slots to improve reed response
- Feeler gauges, 32 blades and sizes (0.04 mm to 0.88 mm)
- Curving tool - to edit reed radius lengthwise
- Windsaver glue - tube of glue to install Windsavers
- Tuning file - to adjust the pitch of a reed
- Tweezers (wide-nose tweezers) for placing stickers or windsavers in the adhesive
- Precision shears - used for working on windsavers
- Diamond coated file for working on sharp corners and edges.
