This diatonic tremolo harmonica has a split plastic comb: four holes in a square correspond to one draw and one blow note.
When a single note is played, two reeds tuned slightly differently begin to work together. This results in the floating tremolo sound that has become a characteristic element of many different types of folk music played on the harmonica.
The Sailor Steel tremolo is available in the keys of C, D, and G major, as well as A and E harmonic minor. Besides these keys, we can also supply this harmonica in custom tunings. Please send us an email to discuss this.
This harmonica is very suitable for playing melodies or chord accompaniment.
