This microphone is designed for the harmonica. It's small and narrow, making it easy to hold at the back of the hand, with a volume control on the side. Its construction minimizes noise amplification because it's handheld (it can also be used with a microphone stand or clip). This microphone amplifies the harmonica's sound as purely as possible (clean), allowing the player to add effects by playing, using the amplification, or not at all.
